This week’s session is concerned with an application of the Roy model to means-tested transfers

As a preparation,

1. Watch the screencast with a tour de force on taxes, transfers, and insurance programmes. Slides.

2. Watch the screencast with an introduction to Moffitt and Zahn (2022). Slides.

3. Skim the introduction and read sections 1-3 of Moffitt and Zahn (2022).

   Note any questions you have and post them on Zulip on Wednesday at the latest.
